An interesting hotel in the traditional style.
Although across the street from the rail station (train of the Andes) the area has seen better days. The "hotel" restaurant is under separate management (though with excellent food)
Some might find the decor of the parrilla across the street a bit too "basic" but the quality of steak and the most economic price made it worthwhile. My traveling companion was somewhat mobility limited and a immediate change to a ground floor room was made with no questions. The owner (?) provided a quite detailed description (Spanish) of the "tour" of the historic area which we completed on foot with no issues. Breakfast is the standard "continental" and is served in a separate breakfast area.

There was a bad smell in the room coming from the bathroom pipes. There was noise coming from outside. Every time we got to the hotel I had to ask the receptionist to switch on the energy so that we could turn on the air conditioning. Really inconvinient! The double bed was too small and the pillows too hard.
The hotel was nice and very clean. Breakfast was simple but ok.
